You can kinda see both of the mini splits in this room, almost done stands built, low to the ground so I can grow trees. I have found some great people that are going to be part of the Weed Squad team as contractors for plumbing, electric, Hvac and general construction. And the construction guy is anal, everything has to be perfect or he can't move on.

this will sound racist but get a rental owned by an Asian, they dont give a shit as long as they get the rent on the first, and ask them if it is an investment property, if it is they have no intentions of selling it, and you wont get a surprise saying they are going to sell it and you need to go. That happened at one house 2 months left on the lease

one of my guys in Denver is taking cuts today for me, but yall are right these shops are a disgrace...

rrrr. many o bad shops every where. you must find one with rep. like really good rep. some type of place that is really locked down, that doesnt sell what ever comes to there door step. i could vouch for two good places out of the 10 + around my area.
