What strain is best for Fibromyalgia?

I feel like you could do the same thing, but you could fill the capsules with cannabis coconut oil or butter?

I think the plant matter would be keeping folks "regular".

I have eaten the butter raw, and for some reason I think it hits harder/ is easier to digest in cookie form (baked).

But oil may be easier? I do not know - but I'm gonna try!

Looks like being reg. would be a side effect of the oil probably as well...
Yessi,

Look up badkats canna capsules. They've been a huge part of my wife's medicating.

It's essentially a decarbed hash cap dissolved in bio-available oil. They kick the crap out of her pain.

You do need a butt-load of hash to keep up with supply.

My friend loves these...caution....have something in your tummy, at the 45 min mark they can cause some agro when empty.

I use regular canna caps and add a drop of honey oil to each cap...we call them hornets because they are yellow and black, and they do pack that extra sting for night-time use....;))

That was my Doctors advice also. Try strains until I hit the one or combo that works. That's one thing I am upset with my LP about, when I asked if I could get sample packs, i.e. 1 gram of each they sell to try before I commit to one, they said no, 5 gram packs minimum. That is a lot of waste and a ton of money thrown out the window since some of those strains have proven to be way too strong for me (Pink Kush, Diamong OG or OG Shark for example) or keep me up at night until 4 in the morning even if I smoke at 6 PM (Sour Diesel, Sweet Skunk or Green Cush). So far OG Kush for day use mixed 50:50 with Cannatonic and Purple Kush for night mixed again 50:50 with Cannatonic seems to be the best I can do. Hopefully the new hybrids coming out like Haoma and Equinox will be targeted a bit better.

I am worried about edibles, I have all that extra weed I wont smoke so I thought of trying cannabutter but everything I read tells me edibles can be tricky. Very easy to take way too much.
my wife gets much relief from butter shots, I heat up 1/2 oz of apple cider, or some 100% juice, put in 1/3 of a teaspoon of double strength butter, a dab of raw honey. I stir till it melts, top off with cold juice and do it as a shot. it does take about an hour for her to get relief but she cannot smoke it and this is best way get her the meds she wants.. well, I have ordered a quart of glycerin and going to make some tincture so its quicker relief as needed. alcohol works too, but she cant have alcohol either.

My mother has Fibromyalgia, I had her try Grape Ape the other night, that helped her out a lot and the effects were immediate with one bong rip. What helped her the most though was a glycerin based tincture that was made using Blueberry nugs.

I think once more testing is done it will be a lot easier to make illness specific strain recommendations. From what I gather some research is showing that some ailments stem from an imbalance of endocannabinoids and the cannabinoids act to balance out the system. If there was testing done on humans to determine which endocannabinoids are lacking and which cannabinoids rectify the situation and if there is any consistency from one individual to another then, I think these generalizations could be applied. However I know from my own experiences that what works for me does not always work for someone else with the same condition or symptoms. That's why I don't agree with certain L.Ps stating that strains are good for certain things. The science isn't there to back it up.
