What is this?

I know I have never saw a plant shows signs of burn, actual necrosis, within 24 hrs of feeding. If it is burn its not from this feeding. Pics of the entire plant would definitely help.

I take some new pics tomorrow

Picture 1 is my problem and its getting worse
Picture 2 is doing perfect despite they got the exact same conditions

N toxicity/nute burn. The other one is nute burn
