Strain Hunters have an amazing video on Charas made in Northern India while they were collecting landrace genetics and giving away feminized seeds to the local.
To bring feminized seeds in one of the three potential birth place of Cannabis should be considered a crime against humanity. I spend a few seasons in those parts of India where the video was made and helped their guide set up there in the early 80's, the Malana and Parvati valleys are truly unique and the wild genetics growing there should be protected and not polluted
The first pic is Malana Main street, this village was founded by by remnants of Alexander the Great's Army. People from Malana consider all non-Malani to be from an inferior caste and therefore untouchable, strict customs have to be respected by outsiders. Visitors to Malana must not touch any walls, houses or people, the sacrifice of a lamb would be required in order to purify the object that has been made impure. A democracy until last year election in India.

Thanks for the link Nirakar, you should bring it all here for the RIU tribe to see and enjoy. I was in Nepal in 1980 and I really regret now not having a little knowledge of genetic at that time in my life, the same goes actually for every producing country I have been.

It is interesting to see the way your Nepali friend get the resin of his hand, they were doing it exactly the same way in my time but using a little water to facilitate. They seems to have learned better.
In India you start to collect by twisting your thumb over a resin loaded part of your hand, snap it of and keep going until your hand is clean. it is super easy and very effective. You can see a good example of what I mean on the right top corner of the photo

That looks pretty damn tasty.. I wish I could try some and say I actually got to experience that. The genetics you guys have growing wild is not even real/fair lol. Gahhh makes me wanna make some bubble right now.. Your method of bubble is very interesting, I have the bubble bags but to be honest, I always kinda liked having all the diff size heads all at once like you do. I wonder what mesh your screens are.

Right on brother, I like your style. You are very lucky to experience an amazing part of hashish history. This go around I am going to dedicate a lot of energy towards education/practice of hash making. My old lady enjoys flower while I prefer hashish (no anxiety), so it works out. Thanks again for sharing.

I was under the impression charas is supposed to be harvested a tad bit early and the effects differ from regular pressed hash because it was harvested early.
