3rd Grow (1st time DWC) AK48

I have 3 Nirvana AK48 plants that have been vegged for 25 days and have just hit day 49 of flower today. I had some issues with my grow space and fitting the light in there. The light actually fell on the plants a couple times during the the 2nd week of flowering and completely crunched them. The left plant was always the smaller one and looks like it won't produce much at all. The middle plant grew at a fairly normal speed I guess. I'm sure it will produce something good. The plant on the right was the fastest growing and it was topped when it hit the 5th node.
I finally got a tds meter and I'll buy a pH meter before my next grow, so I just had to guess a lot with the nutrients. I used Pure Blend Pro, Pure Blend Pro Bloom (during flower), and I tried a little Liquid Karma. I know the walls shouldn't be black, but it's a tiny setup and it's all I had. I've been working a lot lately so I'm upgrading a bit for the next grow. I'm hoping Panda Film will help out some.
The lights are just 4 - T-8 Fluorescent. 2 warm, 2 cool I think. I have 2 - 400 watt HPS lights and a 1000watt HPS/MH setup, but my space is far too small to hook them up. For the next grow I plan to triple the lights and expand the grow space a bit. I have 1 White Widow seed, 7 AK48 seeds, and 10 freebie seeds from Nirvana left. I wish I knew if the freebie seeds were any good before I spend months growing them.
One question though. Should I just harvest the left plant early since it's just a skinny thing without much bud growth? I couldn't get back far enough to take a pic of the whole plants but they have a lot of little buds down low. I snipped a small one and got around to trying it last night. It got me pretty stoned, but I haven't smoked in over 6 months so that may be why. I was thinking that if it won't produce much anyways, I might as well harvest it now and have some smoke while the other two finish up.

Nice grow, I'm currently growing AK48 myself, unfortunately one died and two were males, chopped one male and kept one for breeding, get me some seeds, I only pollinated one bud then cut the male down, didn't want the whole plant to go to seeds, the female is just starting her 3rd week of flowering, can't wait to smoke her, personally I would paint the walls flat white, it would be cheeper and probably better, just my opinion.

I'd like to get some seeds out of my next grow too. Planning on making a grow tent, so I thought that Panda Film would be OK to wrap the frame in. I was hoping for at least an ounce out of these 3 plants, but I'm not sure if these are going to get much bigger. Don't know if I should cut down the skinny one yet or not. Maybe it just got stunted along the way somehow.

Day 70 in flowering so I decided to chop down one of the plants. The other 2 look like they need longer. Sorry about the crap pic , all I have is a phone camera. I think I might try some LED lights next time because I obviously didn't have enough light to make these fill out that well. I've been smoking on some lower buds that I cut off and dried a few days or so ago and it certainly does the trick for me. Seems to help with my headaches.

Nice looking plants! All I have is t8's and a 90w UFO, and I've been able to grow some pretty nice buds. Great job.

I was thinking about getting a UFO light or two. Glad to hear that they're good lights. Ya, the plants turned out alright for only being under 128 watts. Quite a bit smaller than I wanted, but still enough to get high for a while.

DWC has been a lot easier for me than the two dirt grows before.
