Petition rescind or vote in Nov. all the towns and counties are doing it.
I sure am glad that we are waiting till 2016 to get some thing on the ballot to vote on for legalization...
Too bad the other side had to wait years like us.... Or do we?

Still illegal. I'm just waiting to see what the laws will be but I'm in a weird place where I have 3 different agencies I need to worry about so I will be moving it indoors.

No new news on this just yet but it's really messing with my plans. I have to find out the details and that won't happen until 5/26. Still up in the air but getting indoors ramped up.

Would've liked to have moved to sac county... this is why I chose another nearby county where the local board supports reasonable standards... that being said I'm still growing almost all indoor out of paranoia (and because I like indoor quality)... angryblackman didn't know you were in the sac area we will have to get together someday and smoke out now that i'm moved out here :)

I believe green house growing is not considered outdoor technically. you shouldn't have any problems especially if your greenhouse is like mines, where you cant see inside. but like my grandfather told me, if you have a big bank roll boulging out of your jeans pocket, no one can see it, but they know its there!

It's sad, that we have to change our lifestyle just because parents can't teach their kids not to steal shit thats not theirs.
Perhaps if they were more a part of their children's life and less of mine, the world may be a safer place.

Make a theft report claim your losses on your home owners insurance and they will start enforcing the law.
Make LEO do a report and investigate the crime and make arrests. that's how you stop the thieving a$$holes.

If it is true that the marijuana fields are legitimately prompting complaints and causing violence, then this may be justification for Sacramento to take action. However, the fact that the board was considering a ban on indoor cultivation of marijuana does call their motives into question. That proposal had to be tabled because the board wanted a study of whether this would infringe on the rights of medical cannabis patients. The board did, however, unanimously signal its intend to approve the ordinance to ban the growth of marijuana plants outside. The ordinance comes up for a final vote on May 13.

Moved the vote up to today and they will be talking about indoor regulations on the 28th now from what I have read........
