Can anyone provide any news on how these exemptions are proceeding?
I'm having a difficult time finding information.

Are these Section 56 exemptions? I know that all the R and D Licenses come with a section 56 exemption which allows the holder the right to bend all the ``rules`` and extract and do just about anything that would normally be considered illegal outside of BC. Anyone still have the forms for the R and D application? HC took them down although they should still be valid since they are standard for all narcotics research licenses granted by HC.

Yes, section 56 exemptions.
There are over 100 in process, for individual patient exemptions. An alternative to MMAR / MMPR. I believe Matt Mernagh holds a 56 exemption, not positive on that.
I'm not sure if R & D licence is still an option, would be nice to know that too.

Turmel was trying to get a hearing for them all on April 22nd last I heard. He did update something in the past day or 2 though saying the Crown might be in default if they don't file some shit by tomorrow, so will be interesting to see what happens there. If he is actually successful I will fill out his little kit and file it the next day. MMPR is useless to me and I don't get the benefits of the MMAR injunction so this seems like a perfect option.

Thanks brother. I like idea of the crown being in default. That is the way to get alot of things done. Send notarized documents with registered mail then the clock begins. If they cannot respond to without getting in trouble they won`t answer and then they are in default after a certain period of time. Freeman tactics.

when I listened to the John Conroy video....from Jamaica....he mentions these cases and many of them have been stayed....until the outcome of
John Conroys petition but he also mentioned that the crown was proceeding in a few of the cases....that they had some kind of angle on...these particular ones...
bottom line with most constitutional challenges is one decided case represents the masses
