i know i need to build my own and plan to later with some vero 18's, but in the mean time i'm thinking about buying a light or lights to hold me over this summer till i get my shop and grow room done. what do yall think about these lights? should i buy the two ufo's 135 watts or the one 300 watt? i could get one ufo for veg and one for flower even. they are straight from china with no middle man markup, and both use bridgelux chips.

nobody? i was hoping someone would chime in on these, i figure they are fake but if they do have the right waves they would be ok. i have heard tell on another site that one had been used till the second or third grow. when they started flower something quit. they contacted the seller and got a replacement in around two weeks free. so it would seem they do stand behind them.

There are some great threads in here that already discuss this.

If you want the lights, get them, and then let us know how they worked!

Cheers,

Start building your panel(s) and put your money into them now..you dont have to go big straight away...and you will end up with a quality product that you made yourself. Also LED DIY'erz are way cooler then 'poo panel purchaserz'.. :-)

I'm offended by this comment;-) .......you're correct though, but Hans panel can't be built for cheaper yourself with the same parts.......or can it?muuuuuuuuhaaaaaaaaa

with the bridgelux vero 18's i think i'll have to go with individual setups i believe. i do believe yall are right the vero's will be better.

You can build a practically plug and play array with the bridgelux vero series. I just test fired a vero 18, 2700k, 97 CRI. I'm still seeing spots.
