ezcloner<power grower is there a system inbetween?

Ok ive been using ezcloner for awhile and transfering to soil but i figured the cloner works so good id give a power grower a try in place of one of my 5 gallon soil pots. Im perpetual so im wondering if there is a system i could use in between the ezclone and power grower(PG). Id like to take rooted clones and stick them in a multisite system until 12'' then transfer into the PG until there 24'' then bloom them to reach 4-5ft plant by end. Would this be possible or would i end up having trouble with the rootmass of the 12'' plants getting into the PG? What system would you guys recommend for my situation ? Thanks!

dunno what a pg is but im a fan of my 4' x 4' 100 gallon res with 12 sites. its really stable so I only have to swap the res like twice per flower cycle and ph is stable for days and days on end.

a power grower or PG is the same as a waterfarm but bigger. Being perpetual a 12 site system in flower room would not work for me. I like to run a variety of strains so 1 finishes every 5-7 days.

I run a perpetual scrog with mulitple strains in the system except my timing is different. If you are wanting individual container you can just use a 5 gallon bucket or larger. I guess I dont understand what you are asking but that could be cuz I'm sober.

I mainly dont want to have 10 big PGs (5.7gallons) in veg room if I could run 6 plants in a smaller multisystem then transfer into the PGs perpetually. So if i had 10 bloom spots (10 PGs)each on a 5-7 day perpetual it would break down like this in veg room. 2 clones in ezcloner, 6 plants in multisystem in 2-3'' pots, 2 in PGs ready to go into bloom. I do something very similar in soil now with cloner<2gallon<5gallon pots. This would work best with my space and wanted to know if this is possible? Is there a multispot hydro system that you can only use for veg then tranfer to dwc buckets before bloom?

How big of a res would i need for 6 spot setup? They will be continously rotating in and out from 4-12'' tall plants so the roots will be varies sizes. I was thinking a 27gallon strong box from HD or Lowes with 2-3'' net pots with a drip system and 2 air stones but i dont know if that would work. My main concern is the roots being transfered into the PGs.

Being that the plants will be fresh clones to 12'' young plants would i even be able to do this with 1 constant ppm level in the res im looking to build or purchase?

I think the 27g tote will be good.... assume yr talking about the black toughneck or wtf ever with yellow lid. make sure the lid is light proof obviously and maybe wrap it in a couple layers of silver bubble wrap for insulation.

the nutes shouldnt be an issue in dwc... and early - mid veg is ridiculously easy to meet their nutritional needs anyway. the main thing would be seperating the roots when you remove a plant from the system, but I dont see a problem with 6 plants about a foot tall in the 27g container. the root tearing should be pretty minimal, and they bounce back in like 2-4 days if you do stunt them.

I use the home depot 27g tote with cement mixing tub for ebb n flo for 6 headstash moms.

here is one of my old threads with a couple pics.... try to ignore the shit talking.
