I just recently started my first grow under a 1kw hps lamp my clones just recently rooted and I repoted into solo cups. I have been using bio root light feeding with my waterings about every 2 days. Does everything look okay. I think I had my light too close and it caused my plants to start yellowing but I definatly can see they are growing daily.1398260498730.jpg 1398260669736.jpg 1398260498730.jpg 1398260669736.jpg

Also humidity has been around 40% with temp between 70 and 80 about 4 feet Above the plants (my thermometer doesn't reach where the plants actually are)

By the looks of it you have had the light far to close you need to put the cuttings at the bottom of the tent and work them up after one day at the bottom then move them half way up and then couple days later put them at the height of the mother plant they need to get used to the light.

Thanks I just moved it to around 18-24 inches away I noticed the yellowing a few days ago when I moved it closer.
P.s. I'm not using a tent I'm using a spare bedroom with the white stuff I'd what it's called tho.

Sparks I can't afford another light right now so I just got a hps. It's a hortilux eye. I was told it's one of the best.

I recently got my hours drastically cut at work to basic by opening my window and using fan and cool air humidifyer. Until I can afford an ac.

With summer coming I've been getting a little hot with the lights on but at night I've been in the 65-69 degrees range.

Is your ballast a digital dimmable? If so, you could cut the % down... just thought I would toss that out there.

Good luck!

No its not digital so I can't do that. And how do I like posts n give rep or whatever? And thanks Zander I just didn't have a lot to invest so I got what I thought would be most useful. Next time around I want to get a veg tent and start a cycle.
