Bloom Fired all employees?

Anyone know what happened? They cleaned house on their employees.

Bloom has at least one lawsuit against them, filled by one of their growers. Two brothers behind bloom have a gnarly tract record outside of this industry.

They are being sued by investors as well. The Downings have done a smash up job at being disgusting human beings.
