Bubblicious - Almost ready

I decided to give these Bubblicious (Nirvana) a go, I've had the seeds for over a year now so it was time. For an auto I pretty pleased; look, smell and size are all good. Close to harvest, I just started flushing 3 days ago.

Anyone else grow this strain before?

I grew Nirvana Bubblicious regular photo period. The smoke was good quality, and the taste got better as it cured in jars. Potency was nice, and the buzz was very heady for me.

im about to throw a couple in the dirt....any advice for me? yr pic looks delicious might i add, i am so stoked to see these babies come up. This will also be my first auto, and i am a little nervous, but i think i have done my homework for the most part. did you do any techniques on this plant? i read that autos dont like ANY form of high stress training...did you find that to be true? thanks in advance for any input.

flushing isnt necessary if you are using soil. Not sure what yiur set up is, just a heads up. you already have a healthy fade going on, I wouldnt flush.

common misconception. you will always get out what you put in. Simple. If youve been fertilizing, the existing bud you are looking at is full of those nutes. Flushing will not clean the existing buds of chemical fertilizers hence, you get out what you put in. Flushing was used to clean rez tanks and clean off access slimes, films, salts, etc, in hydro systems. If you want good tasting pot, I suggest going organic with pure water. Thats gotten me the best taste over the years. You still have LOTS to learn and i wish the best. But id stop flushing, its pointless. Also, if youre into taste, do lots of homework on drying and curing. I personally suggest a very slow dry, no fans at all. Probably 10-14 days should do it. But then again, this is coming from an organic gardener soo ya, a fast dry will probably give you similar results seeing as you have been using nutes. Good Luck!

You using compost t's to feed your plants? I currently use tomatoe feed, do you if this will affect the taste of the bud? Take a look at me grow: https://www.rollitup.org/t/lemon-haze-auto-emerald-tri-seeds-flash-babylon-auto-obsession-photo-and-a-freebie.814038/page-4

i am using general organics "go box" and it claims to be organic, i dont think it is 100% organic, but i like the results thus far, how it will taste is still unknown, i still have about 6 weeks left in flower, but i think it will taste really good, i have tasted a couple clippings i had cut off, and it was really tasty, and it has a long ways to go, and also, cure/dry. anyway, thanks for this info, i am reading more into it now, when before, i just accepted flushing as "the norm"

Yes this is a Nirvana seed. It got just under 3 foot in a 3 gallon square bucket. Start to finish about 11 weeks.

man, I shouldnt had done it, I should had just taken your word first hand...and not looked more into auto bubblicious. people have been very harshly opinionated about the strain, and nirvana having alot of trouble with the strain not flowering, or not even germinating in some cases, seemingly, quite a few cases that i have found. I am not as confident as i was damnit! lol, granted, these people may have no idea what they are doing, conditions, etc, .,....also, most of them posts were from around 2010....so i am sure nirvana has worked out any kinks that they may have been having. This is my first auto, and am doing as much homework as i can....did they take well to nutes, etc? and what light cycle did you go with? i was gonna do 18-6.
thanks brosph.

I mix my own soil and don't use nutes. I run lights on autos for 24 a day for first 3 weeks, then 18/6 for 2 and then 12/12 until done. Remember trichombs are only produced during the dark periods. Even though it's an auto you'll have more success running 12/12. And as far as the seeds, the ones I have are from 2011 and I've had no issues. This is the only Nirvana strain I've grown also, and all from the same order. I wish you luck.

thank you my friend...I will take that luck! haha.... hey, so outta curiosity, how do people who run 24/0 all the way thru succeed? just curious if the smoke would be rendered useless if grown in full light. or would it be weak according to the trichs only growing in dark....?
