Transplanting problems, or are they problems
Alright, so here's how it went down, yesterday i noticed many little brown spots, they kinda looked like burn marks, or a manganese deficiency. At this time i was growing in straight Peat moss. It kinda dawned on me, wow no wonder their getting little brown spots there is absolutely 0 nutrients and fertilizer in peat moss. So i drove down to the local nursery and bought some organic fertilizer soil, and 2 5gallon buckets, punched holes in the bottom. This is where im having some doubts, when i pulled my 2 plants out of the soil i noticed alot of ripping sounds, Shit... so i decided to dig around in the old peat moss to see the damage and i pulled out a root that was really long with alot of roots coming off of it.
So heres my question, will both of my plants survive? I did water them right after i transplanted them, fuck they smell so damn good, but thay arnt huge yet the biggest one is about a foot and a half. Thankyou for reading this Any tips will be appriciated.

oh yea and im a first time grower thanks.

wow sounds pretty bad, you probably cut the main root. The best thing you can do right now is make sure its in the shade and has plenty of water, also try spraying the leaves with water. In a day or 2 it should look better but it'll never be the same as it was before.

did you rip the plants out of the peat moss or dig them out?
-
You could also try giving them a dose of a rooting hormone to stimulate root growth. Gotta keep the rootball intact until you're more familiar with how to transplant.

Watch the plant, if you have the time, and let it tell you if it's unhappy in the sun or not.
