Ever have the cops visit your patch? I did today. Eight cars in all just because a few oversized plants peeking over the wall. I'm on S.S.I and need to grow my own because I can't afford pricey boutique stuff and to tell you the truth mines better. But it felt good to know that reform laws do work! My plants are safe right where they are. I have proper papers and am following all the rules. I don't sling and I'm not over limit.
But here's my worry. I 'm not able to grow my medicine at my own home due to space restriction. So I'm growing it at my best freinds. I found out today that there is no law against this. But upon a visual search throughout the rest of the premises they found a pistol that my freind had in his closet. He's an ex-felon. (so now you see where I'm going with this.) They arrested him and I vouched for my plants and his wife said if they're legal then they can stay. Let the neighbors trip on that!
Now my freind is out on bail, things are good but I'm still a bit shaken. Anyone else have anything similar happen to them? I'm just upset because literally now the whole neighborhood knows!

most likely cali'...I know a dealer in 'town' that had his scale confiscated, but they gave him his weed back! I LOV thees contry!

sucks to hear that scumbags are dealing medicine people need and pocketing the profit. if that wasn't happening, perhaps TonyBalogna could afford to buy his own meds rather than grow.

I was going to ask if this has ever happend to anyone and log on today and find this posting glad to see that the plants worked out and well the pistol and the ex-felon thing is not being with in the law. also he would need to have caregiver paperwork to have them at his place.

did they trash the house?

also about the scale thing well how are you to know if you have the legal (amount) limit?

ive had cops come down the driveway sideways like a movie after my neighbor say my garden at my parents. They called me, checked my papers at the house and left. they then came to my house and checked my limits and left again.

Nice to know you had the right *LAW* on your side!! As far as your friend is concerned, why did the cops do the search if you had the right papers? And I think your friend KNOWS he can't have a gun, right?

the legal limit to grow is 6 full plants and 12 clones in california.
