hey my outdoor plant is around 1ft and a half tall and was doing good untill recently . there are wholes from bugs in the leaves and some of the lower leaves are starting to turn yellow what should i do

just get some insecticide spray and let it grow .. my bottom leaves turned yellow i just pulled them off

Go out in the morning and find out what type of insect it is;grasshopper,caterpiller. Mix some ivory soap with water and sprat the underside of leaves. The yellowing,if not alot,just pick them off like Gilfman says. KEEP SMOKE ALIVE!!
