No no it means that they have reached the natural period for them to flower. You have to change the lights to 12/12 now to start the full blown flowering, unless it's an autoflowering strain.

they are outdoor strains, by my calculations they should start to flower properly early august. This still applies then? At least i know they are female! Thanks m8.
