so i went to the store today....picked up some compost in a bag and smells weird!? should compost smell almost of like i dunno man i cant explain it....maybe ammonia/manure? i mean i know ppl put manure in compost but i cant explain this smell? it was pretty cheap thats why im wondering if i bought something that wont be good....the only other choice is MG and i already had one plant die out of it so scratch that....

thats the smell of piss and shit my friend oh ya plants love it...

also another thing....it doesnt have the consistency of a soil like MG....its really fluffy....since its a seedling will the "piss" not over nute it?? thanks

fluffy is great for lil seeds easer for the roots to grab a hold

I f your concerned about that mix your compost with a good potting soil or the dirt at your grow site.

well the bag didnt have any nute guide on it, i have 'em ready to go in little pots the size of spray paint caps...how long do you think i should let em go? 1 or 2 nodes?

compost should smell earthy
