i have a tree and i can see hairs growing and lots of resin can it be buddin?

i live in barbados in the caribbean and i got my seeds from some jamaican weed...so i guess the tree is an indica hybrid. all on the top leaves is gettin lots of resin along with the white hairs...can my tree be startin it's flowerin stage?

It's just showing it "sex" early. no biggie it should continue to "veg" threw out the season. it be "lambsbreath" sweat

another question i have is...the bottom leaves which would be the 1st set of weed leaves (3 prong not the 1st blade leaves) are like bent over and startin to turn brown...is my tree lackin a nutrient?

this is typical. if it continues up the plant then yes it may need food.
if your seasons are changing and nights are getting shorter then it is flowering. a 6" plant will flower into a nice 1 ounce or so cola.
