im not sure if they are or not for reals but its better safe than sorry. im growing one small plant in my sideyard hidden it some bushes, and you can barely see it unless if you really start hard into the bush. i live in cali suburb homes, and there are 4 homes facing my plant. i usually check up on it in the morning when people are at work but the past 5 days ive been checking up on my plant and today when i was trimming the brown stuff off the leaves, my mom happened to come home so i helped her get the groceries. right when that happened a squad car with two people in it posted right on the street intersecting with the side yard where my plant is. i pretend i had nothing to hide and continued to take groceries in. about 5 min later he flipped a u turn and left. ive never seen a cop post in that area he usually posts further down the street.

now my question is... from peoples past experiences with the law, do you think someone called in or they where checking to see if im there, or do you think if they suspected my growing they would have confronted my already??

also,

say if i get caught and i know cultivation of weed is a felony, but if its one plant for personal use do you think i will goto jail?i dont wanna goto jail for a small ass damn plant!!, i have a career ahead of me!

Lol, they were mad, you diddn't show them any sign of guilt, and they were afraid to ask to take a look. If they couldn't see the plant from where they were standing, it'd be hard to get a warrant. I dunno one plant might be better just to pull if you see any more of this shit going on.

uhh .. not smart to grow in a suburb area .. if your neighbors know the smell of pot or the cops come back and get a wiff of it .. honestly .. if i were you that thing would be uprooted ... cause your neighbors are a bunch of uptight pricks

Is your plant in your front yard? I think if the cops knew what you where doing they would have already busted you so I wouldnt worry about it. Just try not to look at it to often, that can cause suspicion if your neighbors can see you. Try like 2 times a week

yes its in my front yard/side of my house hidden in plants!

jeez its soo hot here in cali, i have to water my plant everyday so its kind of hard to check up on it every week!

my neihboors are probably some pricks so im going to be extra careful, but besides my plant doesnt smell yet and if it does its pretty damn small too stink up my hood!

and for those people who seen my plant, its a pretty crappy plant but its a female so im force flowering next week in my BACKYARD so i wont have to worry about neihboors!

What the fuck does that mean ? Is that wrong or am I fucking stoned ?
