northern lights and sour diesel

I was wondering if northern lights and sour diesel are two good strains for outside? Also was wondering if early july was too late to put some more in the ground. It stays hot where i am til the end of the year. So would i be safe as far as growing these in july?

Northern lights is both indoor and outdoor, and i searched some diesels, i didnt find sour diesel but the other diesels are outdoor and indoor.
