iam thinking about puting like 1 good sized bullgill(chopped up) like 3 inchs from the bottom of a 5 gal. bucket b4 filling it and then planting the 3-4 in. plant on the top? they would not be transplanted at all so figure in there till flowering is done bout about 3-4 months in the bucket. plants will be outside in holes but in the bucket.. u think the plants would benifit? anyone try this b4 thx hope to get sum advice...

im thinking of puttting rocks 1 in. layer bottom...(for sure) then like 2 in. dirt then 1 fish per bucket then the rest of the mix then plants are about 3 ins. tall as we speak(started indoors 4 tube floro's..) i'd w8 longer but situtaion requires faster transplant than planned..(long story but just playing it safe) so main question u think the fish would be ready for the plant by the time the roots get down there?


never grew in 5 gal. pails b4 usualy just throw them in the ground and let them go


the soil in the buckets will prolly be sumthing like this

- 1 in.layer rocks on bottom
- 2 in. mix
- 1 med fish on bottom
- rest mix witha a few rocks througout(drainage)

MIX
- 1 in. of rocks
- sum orgainc compost
- sum good black sandy top soil( worms included free!!! its gotta be dec if they're there)
- sum pure sand(dunno yet will proly use if i need a lil xtra mix) what ya think?

- sum spagmun peat moss
- and peralaite till it looks good( any ideas how much ina 5 gal pail?)
- and sum all purpose scotts flower and veg. continuos release 10-10-10
- proly sum wood ash too (charcoal ash ne good?)

oh what u guys think bout putting wild moss on the top of the soil? root rot around base maybe?

and with that fertilazer the 10-10-10 scotts long release u think i'll need to nute the plant again at all? the fert says bout 2 months food so wut ya'll think?

i do not know the strains just random good bags seeds most look on the indica side 6 plants hoping for at least 3 girls

thinking about doing sum LST also later on...

I personally think that is too many plants for that size but that is just my 2 cents

1 plant per 5 gallon bucket.... plz tell me how that is too many for that size...

I planted some bagseed plants in 5's last year and then 12-12 them when they got 3 ft. tall. They turned out incredible, but I regret not having real good seeds. I'm too paranoid to ever do it again. Also I'd just use Fish Emulsion Fertilizer, but be careful because it'll attract all kinds of critters.

i recently put bluegill in my veggy garden to see how that works out ..

well it beena while since i posted but just wanted to update on this yrs grow...

i ended up with 2 females and 1 hermi(killed it right away) and the rest males killed those right away also the biggest female was a very dominate indica and smelty sweet and fruity while budding and a smaller sativa that was really small... w8'd to long to transplant becase it didn't sex early..(my bad) got learn from your mistakes XD
both ended up Seedless the indica i took early cuase of a stoner deer or a 1 stoner red squirel(ate half!!! my plant and it was all the tops!!) -.- pretty sure it was the red squirel thou.. needless to say next yr he won't be a problem.. we had a lil disagreement...he came back for more and no deer tracks at all...but need to definatly have to look into veggy pest(small rodents)/(deer replant) control alterantives than a 20 Ga. but over all i got about 1 oz. not a good turn out but a very good learnign grow hope next yr to do a lot better and to try the fish i never put them in fear of root burn to the roots incase the fish wasn't decomposed. well ttyl and i hope this helps someone.

Use coyote piss around the perimeter of your gorilla garden :P. STINKS SO FUCKING BAD... but it works. No more stoner deer or squirrels :P. If you ever use compost make sure that it is composted and turned and mixed evenly throughout to not get nute concentration and essentially nute burn. Make a bed of rich organic soil.. and if you just have one plant you could yield a couple pounds. Outdoor = big yield

I have 40 Lemons and 40 Masterkush going out this spring 40 in two seperate beds. I am aiming for 30 pounds. Hopefully I get more

thx for the info man! ya was worried bout the fish not decompising all the way b4 the roots got down and cuase nute burn so i never used them ^.^ 30lbs huh.. lol that would be nice neva pay again and smkoe as much as u want and uber quiality XD well gl man hope it all goes well for u this yr! gunna try that coyote piss next this spring 1 question thou is it goin to attract the preditors thou? cuase i have 2 outdoor cats and would hate to be the reason for turning them into a snack... thx for ur time ~Strey~
