Hey am planning on taking my wonderful bubba kush strain into the outdoors. I live in the continental northwest in the high desert. The location i picked out is a bit mountainous so I am planning on digging holes(tonight actually) and filling them with some OceanForest that i had left over...probably lay some plastic with holes underneath to help with moisture as it will be tough for me to water them everyday. Any reccomendations im just keeping it simple 5 plants that i have been vegging under CFL's. The spot gets a lot of sunlight in the afternoon and not much in the morning. Anything to help with the transformation from inside to outside?

they need to be hardened...start out with just a few hrs. outside, in the shade...more hrs. and more direct sunlight each day(and wind exposure). I'd put 5-10 gal. buckets in those holes so they can be moved in emergencies, and when your trail becomes noticeable.

put a clone outdoors just in case if it dont survive then u still have the original at home under optimum conditions,then u can make more clones.this way if the clone works out u can have a mother inside and a clone in the great outdoors.

yeah i have a solid indoor operation so i can always get clones. Oh hey another question about elevation? I have to put them at about 5,500 feet in the mountains. No snow and it gets pretty hot still. Is this gonna be a problem.....and what do you all think about taking an indoor strain outdoors?
