Default my first grow

Hello, i am new to this site but i was going through forums earlier and they helped me out a lot. so the other night i put like 15 seeds inside a moist paper towel and in a ziploc bag. tonight i see that the seeds are fully germinated with tails longer than a centimeter. i planted 3 seeds per cup in 3 different cups and watered them. I will keep them indoors for the night and i suppose i will put them outside tomorrow morning in sunlight? i am planning on attempting to clone pieces of these 3 plants afterward. i think the easiest way for me to do it is clip the piece i want to clone and instantly put it in root powder before submerging the part i want rooted under the water. i am looking for feedback/tips from someone who knows more about this and has successfully cloned plants. thanks in advance from a new member.
