i saw a thread not to long ago and someone had posted a website, and on it you pick where you're from and it will give you the average day for the last morning frost. you can pretty much plant your seed based on that day, the earlier you plant your seed the better (as far as i know), it will give your plant a longer time to grow and flower but if its still chilly out then id say wait till you get some decent weather temperature wise, the cold will affect the size and how potent the buds are.

Alright, I probly will wait.

Around my parts it has been an average of 60s in the day and I have woken up to it being less than 40 in the morning.

Still open for suggestions and such though.
