I'm brand new to the bud and want to start growing. A friend of mine gave me a few baby dro seeds and i want to plant them. I wanted to know the basics of growing.

I have a site ready but dont know how or in what to plant them in. Is it possible to just throw a seed in a pot with some dirt and have it grow? Will the weed that grows be the same as the weed that the seed came from? I only want to grow one or two plants and not a huge growing operation. Any info would be greatly appreciated

well mate have u germinated the seeds ? ive had people telling me to germinate them with kitchen towel soaked and it does work but heres how i started. i germinated 9 seeds and i got 9 females 100% couldnt belive it not very often that happens with un feminised seeds anyway i got a little plate put water on it put the seeds in the water so they were floating then got some clingfilm and put it over the top and put them in the boiler cupbord the next day they had poped with the white root cominig out i then got my little pots (Purchesd some good soil) filled my pots used my little finger pushed it half way in and droped the seed in and then lightly sprinkled some soil to fill the hole within 3 days i cud see a plant. a little tip try and buy good brands the results are far better. if u need any more help and i can be of any asistance feel free to ask me.

okay heres the basics to getting started mate putting that seed in a wet paper towel will make it crack open and a lil root start coming out. Youll then have to put it in some medium with the lil root that comes out going down, either into a pot of dirt or a hydro setup.

If you follow that, youll have good weed. Listening to anything else that anyone says may or may not be good for it and could fuck it up, so go with the advice u get with that link and the peeps that give advice here.

that wont give you 100% females. You just got damn lucky if you got 100% females.
Its happened to me when I was starting a breeding project before. At the time that sucked cause i was wanting a male to make seeds with

down cuase it's the root or up cause it's the leaves starting?
