i ddint get any replies for the plant problems so maybe the outdoor growers know more, this is my first season outdoors so any help would be nice...
im kinda bummed out, i went to visit my outdoor garden and my plant of whom i call "tallie" out of nowhere the leaves turned grey-ish and yesterday the leaves were fine nice and green, i watered it about 3 days ago and the soil is still nice and moist and all of my other plants in the surrounding area seem to be doing quite well. if you could, please help meh... the first pic is taken today when the problem was discovered, the second pic was taken yesterday. and yes i moved the rocks away its not a different plant.

any ideas? anybody? anything?

looks like poor drainage? your soil dosent look like it can breathe?

nono, the soil drains well.

The greyishness isn't a coating, is it? I've seen plants with a powdery coating and they were infected with something.. I'm drawing a blank and can't remember, I think it's called powdery mildew or something like that. Plant healthy otherwise?

so your soil does look poor. what were your night temps could have gotten cold it looks fine. get your self one of these or ane one that is simlar and go all around your plant. it gets air to your roots plus losen your soil to grow better. i would wat on nuts for at least a month. any thing else i would be glad to help out

none of what i say is true.

hmm, well all my other plants in the area are doing fine, its jsut that plant in specific which is having problems, the temps do get rather low in the night hours but the frost is gone, i didnt really think it was too early to move shit out, the weather man says its gonna get cold, i bet it is infected i didnt really treat the soil around it, the others i did, i just dug a hole to fit the plant and thats all, imma pull it fix the soil and just put a new plant in there, anyways that thing is like a foot tall with two nodes, it was a poor seed to begin with... thanks for the help.

By that description it does sound a bit poorly.
