will my seed sprout guys?? ive germinated it already and ive just put it under a lamp at 19:15 tonight, the bulb is 40watt... how much and many tyms aday should i give them water... im not the best at this.. its my first grow. any help guys thanks

If the top of the soil looks dry then water it until the top layer or soil is moist

y are you using light? use two moistened paper towels and put seeds between them and cover with a ceramic dish, no need for the light.
