Default Porch Monkey Ghetto Grow
After last years attempt with 2 plants that was successful to a limit.

Im attempting to do 20. Counting on some being males. The major difference this year, will a bigger budget, including a plastic covering of the porch.

For now since it is too cold to over night them, the plants come inside in a warm spot with some evening light. i try to make sure they are inside if its below 55, and outside when its above.

The porch gets morning sun till about 1130am then from there it doesnt get any direct sun for the rest of the day. Its well hidden, and with the plastic no one can see when they start getting tall.

I started half of the seeds in peat pods and half of them germinating with a paper towel in a zip lock. About 2 weeks ago.

Im pretty sure some are ready to go into a 5 gallon bucket.

Ive never done a grow of this scale so im some wut of a noob but i do have lots of plant experience in general.

Ill take any info i can get.

This is where they are right now.

They look really stretched, are sure their getting enough light? Also I'd wait on the bigger pots till they grow more in nodes not height.

They get rotated, the lean wutever way the sun is, and yes i would agree they are stretched but i can plant them deep.

Which is why i primarily said to go into bigger buckets, why do you think thats a bad idea?

Golly gee willickers Batman...Those marijuna plants are streeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeched. They stretch when they arent getting enough light. The lighting you have will never be enough to sustain those over the length of the grow. Figure out something different, or dont waste your time. Theres no way thats gunna work...

Good luck homey!

planting them up to the leaves is about the only thing you can do to save them.... and its not necessarily a bad idea, its just that its obvious that you arent getting enough light to them because they are stretching so bad. Which means that if it isnt improved then they wont get any better.

the only thing i can do is count on the days getting longer.

eventually they will be outside all night and be able to get all the light there is to offer in that spot. so it will improve some.
