there is no such thing as a 500 Wt floro, for the light fixture i saw you using. those are normally 28 Wt. 2 lights side by side, in your fixture, is 56 Wt. if they are placed over 6 inches away, your plants will stretch. if it was a 500 Wt light, you could put it 3 Ft away from your seedlings, and still get fat, short, bushy plants. instead of fighting the fact it is a 500 Wt floro, go look.
