I put 3 seedlings in the ground this season, one of them i drove a 90mm water pipe 1 metre down just next to it to loosen up the hard soil underneath. It grew to 10 feet and i haven't seen the crown in months.lol The other two only grew to 6 ft and i did nothing different to them apart from no waterpipe. A bit of N when they are in they Veg state and some love and they will love you back!
yes i dig the hole put the fish in and cover.
i do this about a month before i am ready to transplant.
just have to make sure there is around a foot of soil between the decaying fish and the newly transplanted plant,
this allows the plant to get to around 3 feet and be nice and strong before it hits the fish.
you will know when that happens the leaves go a real deep green and the plant jumps to a good hight very quickly
What up DR Bob.My secret to growing massive plants outside is to amend soil w/compost & worm castings. While the plant is in "sap stage" no nutes. In "veg stage"I use fish emulsions and urea (Pure n) i take 1 tbsn and mix w/1 gal of H2O.I do this almost every watering, unless were gettin enough rain.I also use "willow water"during vegging (contains a natural hormone). And as soon as flowering begins i use 2 "birth control pills" in 5 gallons of H2O & water my plants, but only do this once. You'll be shocked on how large your plants & buds will be,and as always w/an outdoor grow attempt to flush plants 2 weeks prior to harvest.Been using this method for years and have grown some fucking monsters.Good luck Doc.
