Default from 12/12 to 18/6 need advice

i have a plant 45 days old outdoor strain under a 430 son agro hps about 1m high last week i put it on 12/12 to determine its gender after 4 days she showed her pistils now i got her under the same light 18/6 how long will it take for her to go to veg. again and how can i KNOW IF SHE TURNED INTO A HERMI.
