What part of central California are you from? We sure can grow some great weed around here man, like it produces massive yields and it is dank bud, well atleast everything ive grown here.
The drunk driver runs right through the stop sign, the stoner stops at the stop sign and waits for it to turn green... lol
So what. I live in a state that will NOT go after small growers. Feds won't either. If you look at what's going on in this state there have been no arrests or seizures in the Emerald Triangle. They are going after the big grows. I showed the Sherriff my plants. He liked 'em!
That is called legal my friend!!!
feds have not messed with anything under 99 plants and will not...can't seize everything til over 100
Just cause you dont see it on the 5'oclock news doesnt mean its not happening. You cant prove anything otherwise just like i cant prove that they will. Your statement is as moot as the poster above you, myself, and everyone else you want to disprove.. Thx though
Edit: Well the only proof that WE can go by is the actual LAW, which proves you wrong

http://globalcomment.com/2011/the-pot-republic-californias-marijuana-industry/Cultivation, sale, and possession of marijuana remain illegal under federal law, yet California, along with a number of other states, has legalised the use of marijuana for medical use. Proposition 215, passed in 1996, makes the production of wide-scale medical marijuana possible, and creates an environment where dispensaries operate publicly in many major California cities, growers cultivate their crops openly, and law enforcement struggle with an increasing regulatory tangle.
http://www.legalmatch.com/law-librar...marijuana.htmlIs it Illegal to Grow marijuana?
Yes. Federal and State law make it illegal to grow marijuana. Some states, such as California, allow the growth of medical marijuana by patients and care-givers. However, the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that the Federal government may enforce Federal laws against the growth of marijuana, even if a State allows it for medical purposes. Because Federal law trumps State law, it is illegal to grow marijuana anywhere in America. Additionally, possession of marijuana seeds are illegal.
