Have you had lots of water? if so it could be fungus gnats. They lay eggs in soft wet soil.
I have a plant outdoors and its seems to have little white nats I guess thats what they are. Its in flowering, I was wanting to know what I could spray on the plant to get rid of the little flying bugs? any homemade remedy?

Sticky fly traps, they make some for outdoor use. You can hang a couple around and on the branches.

agree with white flies...as far as remedy , cold weather will make them go dormant good luck i lost a crop this year inside due to those little fuckers
