How do you fight mold?

remember that alot of strains are pretty mould resistant, but i have a recipe my old friend taught me ages ago:
Use a 60-70% alcohol, few drops of soap(anti-bacterial), 2 cloves of garlic(smashed and diced finely) and water in your hand sprayer. Leave the solution for 4-5 hours then your good to go
Ive never tried it myself but he swore by it, just a tip

How could that help with mold?

You just spray it on, i cant remember whether or not he said it prevents mold or just kills it when it arises.

I'm too afraid to do this.

With the alcohol:water use a 1:4 ratio, dont spray on the buds too much. It works for some, doesnt for others so if your willing to risk it... I was just reading that you can use it to kill spidermites also

you can use a torch lighter to burn off stem mold....it works...
also use a leaf blower after it rains...easy way to dry them up a bit...
