you have not provided enough information, and pictures would also help if you expect tips that would actually make a positive difference to your grow

You understand there are 24 hours in the day rite? 13 hours of light plus 6 hours of darkness equals 19 hours in your day. Unless you live on a planet I’m not aware of, your forgetting five hours out of the day. This seems rather silly, maybe you had a typo moment possible forgot to attend math and science?

First Idea- Enroll in earth science
Second Idea- Attend at least one basic algebra coarse
Third Idea- READ THE FAQ BOARD BEFORE POSTING

I assure you, if you follow any of the three steps stated above you will have a marked increase in intelligence.

None of those things will actually increase his intelligence. Take a psychology course, and it may increase your understanding of what intelligence is :P ....

Lazy potheads that arent truly ambitious and caring wont research on their own but will get baked and post vague ambiguous questions about their grow in a half assed manner and receive vague "shot in the dark" answers that could very easily lead them down the road to disaster with their grow.... lol

Well since you are getting 12 hours of light and 12 hours of dark they appear to be flowering. Should have planted earlier.
Not much you can do to get more height now except for adding artificial light when the sun goes down,even then it would take a while to reveg .....
