Default Bone meal and blood meal

The other day i went out and did some growing shopping. I bought some blood meal, bone meal, and some worm poop. I had a question about using this. When its time to start growing do i mix these into the soil right before im about to start growing. Or are these meant for mixing with water and such? Also i got some schults drops (4 drops per gallon) do i use this right through from when the plant is 1inch until it is ready to flower? Help would be apreciated because im a nubbie.

I use bone and blood meal on all my gardens. Mix it right in the soil. It will also deter rabbits and deer. However if you have dogs, they dig at it, lol.

For each bag of dirt what do you think the ratio is. 1/4 of blood meal for 1 bag.... or, what would be over doing it?

When I get the garden bed ready in spring, I alwayss add some new top soil or organic black earth and mix in the meals with it. Dependng on how big the plot is. Our bone and blood meals come in boxes so I use a box per bag of soil.
