only cages will keep away the beasts. tough thick wire and small holed chicken wire have been a good combo for me
So there is a random animal that has dug up 3 of my plants. I'm guessing its either a groundhog or a raccoon. I have also had deer and slugs nibbling on the leaves and topped a couple more. On the bright side at least nature topped for me. What is the best way that people have found to repel and prevent animals from damaging plants? This is what I have done so far. I have put down a barrier of slug killer on the ground in a circle 3 feet from the plants. I have also put down some repels all animal repellent. I hope this helps some. Any more ideas?

I don't waste my time on the stuff. A few hand sized rocks around the base of a platn and no problems. It was squirrels that dug your plants up, they only do it to see what you buried.
put up 4 signs around the perimeter of your plants that say "No animals beyond this point"
They will respect the signs
"emotional luggage, nothin of it, i dont check bags, i just carry on, leave that bullshit in the past"
I'm telln u kill a few leave em there crows will eat em and get some quarter sticks and through them in the holes fuck them up
I think I'm going to try 8 signs in bright yellow and place them in straight lines so the fucking animals cant miss them. Whats a good font to use?
ive had the same problems with cats useing my plants for a restroom. the always turn over my plants. ive put down some bottles of water with bleach sprinkled on em...there suppose to not like the smell ive heard
Yea i just woke up to a missing outside nursery. All my baby plants were eaten down to the ROOT, nothing to salvage. Here is to waiting with a loaded 12 gauge for those little bastards.
