They were doing fine just a few days ago....I'm definitely a newbie to gardening. I know a thing or two but just the basics.
Could someone tell me what they see? PleaseI want them to grow up perfect.

Of there are no holes in the bottom of your pots, that's the problem right there.
I would say overwatering. Also i would suggest putting in bigger pots also separating the two plants immediately. good luck dirrtyd
Are there holes for drainage?
Also, that soil looks very wet. You only need to water your plants when they need to be watered (top few inches are getting dry). Don't water then just for the sake of watering.

Your soil looks like mud. And did you put any chemical nutes in them or anything?
Over watering for sure. You need to move them to bigger pots at this point and put the 2 in 1 pot into separate pots. Get 3-5 gallon pots with good drainage and a soil mix with perlite.
