soil ph

if i grow in pots with soil/compost around 6.1 & water with minrel water ph 6.1 will i
never need to adjust ph of my soil

I had a similar question and I'm a noob still so don't quote me but I was told I should be fine up til flower where it might change, so their advice was to top dress with lime one time right when flower starts ....I'm not at that point yet though so no say as to if it works ...but research lime (dolomite )
