Default Is She Starting To Flower? And if so, Is It Too Late To Transplant?? PICS

Plant in it's 13th week of growth. I was about to transplant today because the pot is too small and the stem is too long, but the pistils are growing super fast and it looks like some tiny buds are forming. I was wondering if it's a good idea to transplant when she's about to start flowering? I dont want to lose her due to transplant shock. What do you guys recommend?

Sorry if these are pure noob questions but I'd appreciate some help, thanks.

No matter what u do its gonna re veg.. unless its an autoflower strain. So those buds wont get very big.. eventually they will start dying and the plant will start vegging again until fall.

If its very indica dominant and it goes into flowering even here in florida where its blazing hot it will continue to flower bit if its sativa dominant it will just reveg i have a 3 foot sativa plant thats geting prolly 13 or 14 hours a day and its been producing white hairs with the new growth for months now. Only two white hairs per node. Bu its still growin like crazy so its not in flowering

Dude even if its a straight indica it will still re veg. U shudnt give out misleading advice. No matter if its iindica or sativa if its not getting at least 13/11 then it will stop flowering.

i know people who force plants to flower outside even during the longest month of the year. i know people who veg plants inside on 24hours and put them outside in a greenhouse to flower year round. no light deprivation or anything, they just keep flowering even under 14 1/2 to 15hours of light during june. its pretty common actually

there has to be some kind of light deprivation unless its an auto strain.
