can i still plant ???

For sure! I have put them out as late as august and still managed a harvest. They would fend better if you gradually introduce them to the outdoors if possible. IE 4-5 hrs a day outside for 7-10 days then perm transplant outside. If this is not possible you will still be more than fine with just putting them straight outdoors. But they will take a couple days to harden off and adjust to the new climate

depends on the temps you have and the grow medium your using. summer where I live is Hot and I used water my babies everyday when I was growing outdoor

Generally speaking yes. But this is dependent upon many factors. Foremost, are you planting in the ground? or in containers. If they are in the ground, they will need to be watered less often than say something in a 5 gallon bucket. More so, thats is only true depending on location and the weather at that location. To be safe, there is no real right answer.

You just have to do the work, and see if they need to be watered. In consistent 80 degree weather, logic would say they would need water everyday, just like a human. But if it rains for a week, well logic would dictate you don't need to water today.
