Is it normally reccommened to iniate so soon in veg or plants life, arent plants somewhat fragile at that point .
Yes sir the longer you wait the harder the stem gets the easier to snap it in half....I started at 4 weeks from sprouting the ground...
How often did you other LSTrs bend he main tip? I tied once a week and tied fan leaves out the way in between

I do it after second set of true leaves!
Start getting side shoots sooner!

I only stop when it's about two to three weeks into flower,
keeps the bud sites exposed, and let's the "popcorn buds" dense up and grow upwards.

second true set of leaves, not quite sure what this means. How many sets does it go through before the first "true" set? My guess would be the very first set is not true but after that they are ?

what do u generally tie down first the main cola
because the side branches r still small or smaller in comparison to the main stem or cola yes or wrong
I lean the whole girl over. Then asshe grows, keep laying the top over and over again. Then the sideshoots, they get laid over as well.
I use everything from yarn to bailing wire. Pipe cleaners work ok on younguns', though not so much as they grow up.
Wire is usually the best for outdoor ground planted girls. Just make a hook with a long tail, maybe 10" or so(your needs will vary). Loop the hook over your stem and push the long end into the ground.
