Oh and Superthrive works wonders, buy some! They sell it at Lowes and Home Depot but trust me that shit works. I had seedlings from my current grow come back to life after being smashed and uprooted for a few hours. They were limp as fuck. Gave them some ST and they were back in business the next day.

thanks just regular soil iput a layer of compost on it. the soil is very wet and heavy so i did not want to water it again with superthrive. so i put a capful of the stuff around the base lol
