Lighting Question

Hey guys i started a few plants in the back window of my garage for about a week and a half, id say they are 2-3 inches tall now and i want to put them under lights for a week or so to get them strong enough to go outside, i have them under 24 hour lighting, is this gonna injure my plants because they arnt use to this much light? In a week or whenever i put them out and they go back to 16 on 8 off or whatever outside is, will my plant get fucked up and go into flowering or something?

They are already strong enuf for outside. Thats there natural environment and where they should be.
