Nice pic! Ive seen all the bay area sportfishing boats online a few years ago my dad and i and roomate went on Jim cox sport fishing out of the north bay got a nice halibut that day. I always wondered how that new el dorado boat was with the cataramen. Must be smooth : )
All the catamarans out of Berkeley are fast. Now you guys want to do some real shit lets rent the whole boat of course you wont be able to smoke on it. But you will catch alot of fish I know alot of different captains from over the years. From Berkeley to Half Moon Bay on up to Bodega Bay. I will brush up on the regs and make some calls its about 70 I think a person. dirrtyd
It's $100 now dirty!lol!
Yeah, I rented a whole boat one time for a group of us from work.
It was $1,800 for the day.
And we got skunked!lol!

Most Sea Bass If able are put back in the water especially the big ones. Not many around now a days some good rockfishing off the coast nice lingcods and cabezons. Okay 100 per person depending on season I guarantee fish. dirrtyd
lol....it's a huge pain these days, isn't it??? I can get into BC with an "enhanced" driver's license, but, since I live in Thailand part of the year, just carried my passport all the time since 9/11. See if BC has some sort of reciprocal drivers license gig going on! Much cheaper if you don't need a passport for anything else.
I caught a 39 1/2" ling cod last summer, and the throw back size is 40". It was the ONLY time the game warden met me at the dock in my entire 40 years of fishing. Happily, he agreed with me it was 39 1/2. Salmon are more fun to catch, but rockfish taste better, imo. If you guys have a reasonable 3 day out of state license arrangement, we're in!
