Well i have 4 of each in the veg area. Im using 4 T-12 cool whites added to the mix but my question is this. Is there anyway i can slow my veg time down just until the weather permits to move outdoor? This probaly won't be until April. I think i might have jumped the gun

Really all you can do is keep topping them. If you try to slow them down by reducing light all it will do is make them stretch longer.

lol turn them into bushes : ) top and trim 'em up nice, they will keep splitting and you'll end up with a nice shrub : )
