Default Outdoor Grow - Tiny Plants - Are they ready?

I had a successful harvest on the previous grow (just drying now)

2nd batch of plants are tiny, but they look kinda ready to me, buds are solid, sticky and smell as they should.. any ideas why they are so small? are they ready? they are from the same seeds as i used before which were 5 or 6 foot plants yielding 1-2 ounce each, these were planted early September.

Im growing outdoors in the Mediterranean Area, its still warm.DSCF7298.jpgDSCF7293.jpgDSCF7294.jpgDSCF7297.jpg

I'm actually not sure if that's why they went straight to flower.....I've always done a full grow, never done something that short. It would be fun to try though
