i would think the shorter plant would nearly catch up in height unless there some super tall sativas...i dont really know the answer lol
If you were to plant a 3 foot plant in june and at the same time plant a 1 foot plant how much of a difference in height you think you would reach come harvest time

Hopefully i know what your asking allthough it is quite vague, there are some variables as im sure you know.
It Depends on the strain as well as the phenotype of the strain,if the strain maxed out at 5 ft then most likely there would be little difference in height between the 2 plants.
On the other hand if its a tall lanky pheno your working with its possible there could be more than the initial 2 ft difference .

haha ! I'm going with they would keep the 2ft diff. But yes one can catch the other easily. I figure two ft a month is what I'm seeing. I put out some one foot plants( 4th july) when I had 4 footers (now 5 ft ) and the smaller ones are 2-3 ft now they probably won't catch em but man they grow like a weed !![]()
It would make a difference (assuming same strain). The 3ft plant would always be bigger than the 1 ft started in June, as they flower in 2 months or so. If started in mid April then the plants would end up much the same.
The 3 ft plant is older than the 1 ft plant, I would hope that this dictates that the 3 footer stays bigger, unless you're doing something janky.
