i hope that they had better return YOUR property... or compensate you for the loss if they fail to return your medicine...

it would be the same "legally" if they had stolen/withheld your prescription vicodin etc...(at least on the state level that is)

they would have to return your medicine back... otherwise they could be held liable for your losses... and be liable for having to procure you the equivalent at a pharmacy of your choice...
