vegging over winter?

meet shorty. she is about 1 and a half ft tall from soil up. shes in the first week of flower. im thinking of giving her some lst training and vegging her over winter to make her a monster outside. possibly putting her in a tree then......(doubtfull if she gets big). I live in nc so im not sure if light conditions in the early/late growing season here will let me do this.

as long as light permits i have decided to do this. although it dosent get able to plant here till kinda late cause i live in the mountains, but the more remote the better right. he he.
i have spring access too so if i stuck her along near that would it water her without me having to have to go out there? how close should i put her if so, im not opposed to soil planting this girl to let her roots take off. hmmm maybe i could put her in a dwc for a while this winter and put her back in soil outside in the spring?
any ideas/ thoughts?
